  • If you don’t see a time that works for you, please call our office at 972-942-4039. We often have additional availability, including same-day appointments.
  • Availability varies by practitioner. Select the provider or department you’d like to schedule with to view current openings.
  • Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available. Evening and Saturday appointments available for the Initial or Optim8 Reset.

  • Payment is collected at the time of service.
  • Some services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement via a superbill.
