3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Payments: All bookings are processed through our secure partner, IntakeQ. Full payment of $199 is required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a forfeiture of the appointment fee.
- Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted.
